Experience

Constructora Lee Choy, S.A., was founded in February of 1981, mainly in the business of the construction of tall buildings, complex structures, residential developments, large sheds, commercial buildings among others.

It is listed among the 10 largest construction companies in Panamá, and has been a member of the directing board of Cámara Panameña de la Construcción (CAPAC) for more than 10 years.

Some of its constructions have been awarded by Sociedad Panameña de Ingenieros y Arquitectos (SPIA) as the constructions of the year in different categories. We can mention PH ROCAMAR (Residential Building) and GRUPO SILABA (Commercial Building); this has been an honor for the company and It makes the company work harder to continue to provide excellence and to continue to make our customer’s dreams come true. The company’s projects are in between the B/.10,000,000.00 and 20,000,000.00 ranges.

After having such success in the construction field, we decided to add to our group the company Viviendas e Inversiones, S.A., which was founded in 1994 and only dedicates to the sale of the best apartments constructed in Panamá.
